The prompt for this project was simple:

"Hand lettering. You decide what to say, but make more than a few letters."

Drawing upon the work of Jessica Hische, I decided to do a typographic treatment of a quote by one of my favorite authors and musicians, Andrew Peterson. Each letter and element was hand-drawn, then rendered digitally in Illustrator.
